2013年12月31日，歐盟在其官方公報(bào)（OJ）上發(fā)布了對(duì)新玩具指令（2009/48/EC）的勘誤，其勘誤情況為：

        19頁(yè)的53(2)條款：

        將“……考慮到這類玩具符合條例88/378/EEC附錄II第3部分設(shè)定的要求……”（…, provided that such toys meet the requirements set out in Part 3 of Annex II to Directive 88/378/EEC and …）改為“……考慮到這類玩具符合條例88/378/EEC附錄II第II部分的第3節(jié)設(shè)定的要求……”（…, provided that such toys meet the requirements set out in Section 3 of Part II of Annex II to Directive 88/378/EEC and …）；　

        條款55第1段：　

        將“指令88/378/EEC，除條款2(1)和附錄II的第3部分，于2011年7月20日起被廢除。條款2(1)和附錄II的第3部分，于2013年7月20日起被廢除。”（Directive 88/378/EEC, except Article 2(1) and Part 3 of Annex II, is repealed with effect from 20 July 2011. Article 2(1) thereof and Part 3 of Annex II thereto are repealed with effect from 20 July 2013.）改為“指令88/378/EEC，除條款2(1)和附錄II的第II部分的第3節(jié)，于2011年7月20日起被廢除。條款2(1)和附錄II的第II部分的第3節(jié)，于2013年7月20日起被廢除?！保―irective 88/378/EEC, except Article 2(1) and Section 3 of Part II of Annex II, is repealed with effect from 20 July 2011.
