內(nèi)容簡述： The notified Ecuadorian Technical Regulation establishes the requirements to be met by household electric appliances for the care of skin or hair of persons or animals, prior to the marketing of domestic and imported products, with the aim of protecting human safety, protecting animal health and preventing deceptive practices. It applies to the following products: Electric appliances for the care of skin or hair of persons or animals and intended for household and similar purposes, such as: curling combs; curling irons; curling rollers with separate heaters; facial saunas; hair dryers; hand dryers; heaters for detachable curlers; and permanent-wave appliances. It does not apply to: Electric appliances for the care of skin or hair of persons and intended for medical purposes. |
