In connection with the Ministry of Agriculture draft text establishing requirements for authorization of the use of the term Vicu?a Chile or Vicu?a Chile-Artesanía, notified by the World Trade Organization on 16 December 2019 in document G/TBT/N/CHL/509, the Republic of Chile hereby advises that these requirements were issued on 25 May 2020 through Agriculture and Livestock Service Exempt Resolution No. 3.563, which was published in the Official Journal on 24 June 2020.
