內(nèi)容簡述: The following communication, dated 9 October 2020, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Switzerland. Title: Projet de révision de l'ordonnance sur les produits biocides OPBio (RS 813.12)
Description: The following changes were introduced after the notification was made to the WTO: · Entry into force is scheduled for 15 December (originally 1 December). · Provisions concerning the UFI, which initially covered preparations (mixtures) under the Chemicals Ordinance (OChim RS 813.11) and biocides under the Ordinance on Biocidal Products (OPBio RS 813.12), have been extended to fertilizers under the Fertilizer Ordinance (OEng RS 916.171). · The transitional period for the entry into force of the UFI requirement, which was initially set to run until 31 December 2026, has been shortened by one year, i.e. until 31 December 2025, for preparations (mixtures), fertilizers and biocides intended for professional users, and those intended for private users that are already on the market by 1 January 2022. · In the Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance (ORRChim RS 814.81), an additional exception to the ban has been introduced for the refilling of systems with certain refrigerants that are stable in the atmosphere. |
