Textile products and footwear Please be advised of the suspension until 1 October 2020 of the requirement to submit the Sworn Declaration of Product Composition (DJCP), pursuant to Secretariat of Trade (SC) Resolution No. 404/2016 and the amendments thereto, for the products falling under the following MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM/SA) tariff headings: 6210.10.00, 6307.90.10, 6307.90.90 and 6505.00.22. This measure has been taken in light of the Covid-19 health emergency in order to guarantee that the public has access to critical inputs.
