6.	內容簡述： The notified Order establishes the specifications for reusable protective fabric masks for non-medical use. It also sets out: · The design, structural and performance requirements laid down in Moroccan normative document NM/ST 21.5.201 on protective fabric masks for non-medical use; · The packaging, marking and labelling requirements; The obligation of the party responsible for making these masks available on the market to have a certificate of conformity with Moroccan standards, or a certificate of conformity with the normative documents issued by the Moroccan Standardization Institute (IMANOR).
7.	目的和理由：The notified Order was adopted within the framework of action taken to curb the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic. It aims to protect consumers and ensure fair competition between economic operators, while ensuring that protective masks of non-woven fabric conform to the technical safety requirements that are applicable under Law No. 24-09 on the safety of products and services.Consumer protection, including the prevention of practices likely to deceive consumers. Harmonization of safety control practices.Prevention of deceptive practices and consumer protection; Protection of human health or safety; Harmonization.

The notified Order establishes the specifications for reusable protective fabric masks for non-medical use. It also sets out:
