內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)述： The notified Ecuadorian Technical Regulation establishes the requirements to be met by asphalt cements, prior to the marketing of domestic and imported products, with the aim of protecting human health and safety, and preventing deceptive practices. It applies to the following products: · Petroleum products. Asphalt cements (penetration asphalt) used as materials for paving and other industrial uses. · Petroleum products. Asphalt cements (graded by viscosity) used as paving materials for road construction and maintenance and other industrial uses. · Diluted asphalt, obtained from mixing refined petroleum products, used in road surface construction and treatment. Cationic emulsified asphalt, used in road construction and maintenance. |
