內(nèi)容簡述: 1.1 This Draft Rwanda standard gives principles and rules for calculating thermal actions on buildings, and their structural elements. 1.2 This Part describes the changes in the temperature of structural elements. Characteristic values of thermal actions are presented for use in the design of structures which are exposed to daily and seasonal climatic changes. 1.3 This standard will be applied in accordance with Rwanda Building Control Regulations, specifically clauses regarding heating systems and comfort levels in buildings. |
